Eristena samaritai
It is a moth of the family Crambidae, subfamily Acentropinae. Species of this subfamily are exclusively found in wetlands and aquatic habitats. The forewings have to black spots, one at costa, other in central area of forewing interpreted as remnants of distal fascia. Hindwings have one subapical white eye spot.
