Description:

Tiny insect. Yellow-orange with black legs, antennae and cornicles (the little things that look like horns off the rump. Found in clusters as typical for many aphid species. Introduced species that is well established and is known to spread disease amongst plants.

Habitat:

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. Feeding on an ornamental milkweed (Asclepias physocarpa) within the gardens.
