Medium-sized fly, eyes are huge, mostly yellow covered with tiny black spots. Thorax and abdomen are black with blue markings and the legs are alternating black and white stripes. I've never seen a fly this weird and goofy, I've been browsing trying to identify it, but to no avail.
Found in some bushes.
I was intrigued seeing it because I had never seen such a fly. Before I could come closer and take better photos, it unfortunately flew away :(
