Unknown fungus

Description:

A clump of mushrooms with the largest being 30mm wide. Caps were an olive green with pale yellow specks . The stipe was thick and yellow - some mycelia seen at the base of the stipe. Gills were spaced and an orangy-yellow. Most of the older caps seemed to be splitting and peeling off from the centre. remnant partial veil seen around the upper part of the stipe in pic #3.

Habitat:

These mushrooms were seen growing along a grassy verge in a reserve
