Great Blue Heron and Cormorant

Ardea herodias and Phalacrocorax auritus

Description:

This Great Blue Heron was picking a fight with this Double Crested Cormorant. I'm not sure what it was about. Could have been trying to clear the area in order to start nesting there?

Habitat:

Seen at Wakodahatchee Wetlands, a water reclamation site, in Delray Beach, Florida.

lol - the cormorant didn't seem to happy to have the heron as a neighbor. Nice spotting
