Microlinyphia sp.

Description:

Roughly 5 millimeters in body length, colored as shown. Note constriction of abdomen. The circular filament connected to the pedipalp of the male is diagnostic for the genus.

Habitat:

Found inside a restroom on the refuge, which is largely grassland subject to intentionally flooding. Cottonwood trees, desert broom, sunflowers are common plants.
