Polyporus badius

Description:

Very thin, tough and shiny brackets with soft orange coloured tops with a dark brown narrow margin. The tops looked and felt like varnished paper. Approximately 60mm across the largest one.

Habitat:

Growing from the side of a huge old mossy log in very tall and damp eucalyptus rain forest.

Notes:

Couldn't get an under view due to leeches.
