Rather small for a mountain goat, completely white with grayish and small horns.
Glacier National Park and the Montana Rockies. Lots of sun about 65 degrees, water near by. No other animals in site but lots of vegetation.
It was hanging around a construction site in the National Park. Eating something off the ground.
