Description:

Spreading and much-branched perennial, sometimes forming compact clumps. Leaves spoon-shaped and stalked. Flowers yellow and 30-40mm across, surrounded by leafy bracts; appear March-June.

Habitat:

Rocky coastal habitats and sandy soils, from Iberia to Greece.
