I think it might be a later instar but not completely an adult yet so that might be why you are having trouble with ID. I'm not great with these either but hopefully that helps
This is one of the Leaf-footed Bugs, Coreidae. This one seems to have some very distinctive features, but I am not able to match to a species. Perhaps someone with more knowledge of this family will recognize it.
