Good shot Leanne. BTW, there is no need to delete "duplicate" spottings of species, especially if they are taken in different places on different days, as this helps us to keep track what is seen where and how often. If you see more than one of a species in the same place on the same day, just add a note on roughly how many and when the reports are run all the data can be extracted into csv or kml files for use in other applications.
