It's a cereal, but i dont want to make a guess,i'am nor sure of wich one is,spotted in the surrounded agriculture fields of the weet meadow, where this cereal would diead with to much water, this is in the begining of a little elevation, they make cuts in the montain to make flatt land to agriculture, but very little fields hand made,in certain regions(Douro river wine region, the oldest wine demarcation zone in all world)the landscape is all hand made, here it's the last agriculture guy that survive in this area,he plant corn in the worm time and grass and cereal to the cattle, milk caws,i found him often, his almost the only one that dont find bizarre my interest in spotting the fields,he allways make a hand sine from his tractor,we talk not more than a douzen of times in 20 years but since my (10 year ago) first bird expedition to the place,we talk the first time and we like each others and from then one we are mutual neighbour\friends,i'll trie to spott the man in the tractor one of this days when he began the big works in the meadow

You're right it can also be barley (=cevada)! Let's wait and see!
Thanks Laura, that is my guess to,but in this stage of the plant growing,it's very similar to wheat(trigo) and with th other cereal plant that i dont remember the name in english from who we make beer :) (cevada),in a more mature stage it would be easier to id
