Puccinia is a genus of fungi. All species in this genus are obligate plant pathogens and are known as rusts. Different puccinia specialise on different host plants. This one is on Silene vulgaris (Bladder-campion) leaves

The puccinia is on bladder campion (Silene vulgaris) leaves, so we are dealing here with Puccinia behenis
It is a puccinia. To know exactly the species I should know what kind of grass was it on since different puccinia specialise on different host plants
I think it could be some kind of fungi
