Midland Painted Turtle
Found in Sugar Hollow Park. Swamp with a wide assortment of plant and animal life. Small stream, woodlands, and fields nearby.
Very common in the park. Largest had a shell approx. 10" to 12" long. As can be seen in the photos they are enjoying the sun.

Thanks for the post. No I don't consider myself an expert although I find part of the enjoyment of Project Noah is the research to identify my sightings.
