Panacanthus cuspidatus
Large Katydid at around 10cm from head to the tip of the abdomen. Most conspicuous are the sharp spines that cover the legs, head and thorax. Colouration is green, with pink eyes and yellow mouthparts and 'belly'.
Tropical rainforest in the Ecuadorian Amazon region near Puerto Misahualli.
