Spotted in the Osher Rainforest at the California Academy of Sciences.
Osher Rainforest, California Academy of Sciences, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA.
This is most probably Morpho helenor peleides, but not M. menelaus. Which would have much sharper and almost "hook-tip" like wing tips.

Many Morpho you will find are wrongly IDed, even the ones from butterfly houses, due to lacking knowledge of staff and wrong labels.
