I had just finished an epic 6 hour hike and was on my way back when I spotted this insect near the road in Ba Be Lakes National Park.

Thanks Viv! The link is all in Thai, is there any way to change it to english? That's a problem I've had with other spottings, you see them somewhere online and you think you have an ID but they don't know what it is either!

Thanks for the suggestion Ashish and mariajo, but I don't think it's that. An entomologist friend agrees with me, though he doesn't have an idea what it is.
