Wolf's Milk Slime

Ball that oozes viscous slime when punctured. Eeeew but oh so fascinating. Especially the name.

Was on a log in Prospect Park.

Wolf's milk slime, Lycogala epidendrum. I guess this will turn purplish??? Would love to see that!
