Description:

Herbaceous spring wildflower with a lovely white flower. All parts are toxic: the fruits are eaten, but are also mildly toxic, according to Dr. John Hilty at illinoiswildflowers.info.

Habitat:

Currently in a garden, taken from a former moist deciduous second-growth forest, current construction site.

Notes:
