Rhinoceros Beetle (female)

Description:

Giant beetle arrive at home last night really big about 6 cm long incredible strong clime the wall all the way to the light entrance. I think in a June beetle but i´m not sure they can grow this big????

Habitat:

Found from Florida , Mexico , Central America to Brazil.

To me it looks like a female rhino beetle (Xyloryctes jamaicensis)

Cool! June beetles can get pretty big, I wouldn't be surprised if this was one.
