Brown Anole

Anolis sagrei

Description:

Brown anoles are an extremely invasive species here in Florida. I see at least one of these little lizards a day. Unluckily for them, my dachshunds sometimes get bored and tend to hunt them, so I try to protect these bug eaters.

Habitat:

This anole was in a front yard, however they love to venture into screened-in pool areas.
