Turquoise-green plumage with longer central tail feathers; dark eye stripe bordered above and below by blue, and a chestnut throat. ~Birds of Egypt and the Middle East

Habitat:

Common on migration through Egypt

Notes:

aka Olive Bee-eater, Madagascar Bee-eater ~ not the best captures, I know, but so excited to see this species for the first time, I just had to announce his spring arrival!
