Description:

Clear long organism found in pond with eyes and possible eggs inside. It appears to have a beak or nose. The eyes are on the side of its head. The tail end comes to a sharp point. It has microscopic hairs on its segmented body. Its body is roundish and not flat.

A pond

Notes:

Pond possibly spring fed, small, frogs also

Its trail isn't feathery like the arrow worm and its not flat like the flat worm. Thank you though!

Chaetognaths (arrow worms) are, as Leuba said, marine creatures. Could this be a Turbellaria flatworm which are often present in pond environments?

I might be totally wrong but your specimen looks a little like an "arrow worm" but these are marine creatures as far as I know - there might be fresh water ones, perhaps.
