I am not very familiar with British birds as I don't live there. Thanks for the info!

The Pied Wagtail (Motacilla alba yarrellii), is just a subspecies of the White Wagtail (M. alba). This one's a juvenile.

Very similar to the ones here in the USA but more white on the face. Nice spot!
