This is not a brown anole. This is a female green anole. The white chin and very thin dorsal stripe make this a green anole, Anolis carolinensis
Thanks Jae, I should have realized it after living the last 5 years in Hawaii. We had them everywhere back on the island. I guess it completly skipped my mind that the same one could be all the over here in Florida too!
