This seems to be a species of the tribe Hemilophini, very diverse group of longhorn beetles, currently with 126 described genera and 540 species. There are several new species and sometimes new genera described every year. I'm not sure which genus this belongs to, but there are pictures of most of them here: https://apps2.cdfa.ca.gov/publicApps/pla... Some species in the genus Itumbiara seem to be very similar to this one, but I'm not familiar with the actual characters.
