Here we go. This is where people realize I'm a freak about all living things, not just animals, plants and pretty mushrooms. I am interested in bacteria, protists and some of the "lesser" fungi like mold. I assume this is appropriate on this site. :-)

lol...I was looking at some bread mold earlier today! I had forgotten some bread at work and so did another coworker so we wrote dates on our ziplocs of bread. The "Wonder" bread is going on two months with no mold but the store brand grew mold within one week.
