Halcyon albiventris
Easily distinguished from other Halcyon kingfishers by its brownish head streaked with black and rufous patches on sides of breast. Dark brown or black "coat" with bright blue primaries and secondaries. White neck, throat and chest, with streaked flanks. Remnants of the black on tip of the bill let me suggest that this was a subadult...
African kingfisher, common in southern parts of the continent. Lives in woodlands, and here seen in coastal forest, adjacent to a lagoon and our hotel resort - this eco-resort (my bad, I forgot the name, and it as very worth of visit) resort really tried hard not to disturb the forest and lagoon around it and it paid off... so many birds and other animals were roaming around bungalows all the time.
This was my first and last spotting of this beautiful bird...
