Habitat:

On the grounds of Fallingwater. Temperate forest.

This may be a Changeable Mantleslug, Megapallifera mutabilis. It is hard to tell. http://terrslugs.lifedesks.org/pages/292...

SarahHiteWhitt, you may be correct. I actually have a spotting of a fully grown Carolina Mantleslug but the color pattern is different (perhaps more complex) than this one. This one was quite small, it may be a juvenile. The color pattern is quite similar to some of the images (especially your slug).
