This fish wears blue lip stick :D Bright yellow with blue lips; black spot on nape, gray spot just behind head, broad black margin on anal fin. Solitary or in pairs.
Outer reefs, steep slopes or drop offs from 10-60 meters depth with distribution in East Africa to Indonesia, Philippines, New Guinea and Samoa, South West Japan and North West Australia and Great Barrier Reef

Its not often you see a fish with blue lips, or for that matter, any animals :p
