Unknown spotting

Description:

I am not sure if these are a pair of toads or frogs. They were in a large puddle that had formed in a gravel car park alongside the beach at our local National Park. The car park is below sea level and so remains flooded for most of the spring allowing tadpoles to develop, before the puddle dries up.
