Thank you, Lenny for the ID. The two are very close but it seems mistle thrush is most appropriate for the size, coloring and location.

It's either the Song Thrush or Mistle Thrush, but they're so variable with their subspecies I can't make a guess about which one it is. If you think Song Thrush I wouldn't argue against it, and if someone thinks it's the other down the road they can always speak up :)
