I haven't been able to find a website with good photos for this Katydid. I believe it is from the Microcentrum genus (Angle-winged Katydids).
It is VERY similar to the one I have posted here but yours lacks the yellow markings on the head and thorax.
Maybe you can find an insect guide for your area. You could also try posting this to www.whatsthatbug.com . They have folks who might be able to help there as well.
