Yeah, looks like poison ivy. You can try spraying it with a weed killer like round up or wear some thick rubber gloves and long sleeves and pull it out by the root. If you fear you've had contact with it, wash the area vigorously with cold water and soap. There is a product called Tecnu, that you can apply to suspected contact areas.
