Description:

This bird is native from Pakistan to China, and has brown to black upperparts and breast. It has a shiny black head, small crest, buff belly, white rump and upper tail coverts, and red under tail coverts. It has a white-tipped, brown-black tail, and brown-black legs and feet. It feeds mostly on soft fruits, berries, seeds and nectar. Strong and direct flight. Sexes are similar.
