Osteopilus septentrionalis
Around 6:30 p.m. in the evening, I decided to open the front door, to see if there were any frogs outside. It was dark outside, at 6:30 p.m. Also, the front door, outdoor, night light, was broken, so I needed my flashlight, to see outside. I grabbed my flashlight, and I then opened the front door. I looked down, and I saw a small amphibian, that was resting at the bottom of the front door. With my flashlight on, and the light shining on this small amphibian, I was able to take a lot of photos. This small amphibian, stayed near the front door, for about twenty minutes, before it hopped away, and landed in the grass. This small amphibian, was about one and one fourth of an inch long. This small amphibian, had toe pads, on the ends of its fingers and toes. It had large, round, bulging eyes. The colors of its eyes, was black and gold. The color of its skin, was different shades of brown. Some parts of its skin, had small warts on it. Amphibian, means: two-lives. Phylum: Chordata. Class: Amphibia. Order: Anura ( frogs and toads ).
I spotted this small amphibian, resting against the bottom of the front door, at around 6:30 p.m. in the evening.
At around 6:30 p.m. in the evening, I opened the front door. As I turned my flashlight on, I spotted a small amphibian, resting against the bottom of the front door. This amphibian is alive, and able to move and hop.
So cute, and it has gorgeous eyes! Nice spotting and fantastic notes...as usual :)
