@bayucca according to a webpage i found, P. bicincta can be found all over the continent so your ID is right, thanks again

Cercopidae/Splittlebugs, Prosapia bicincta. You have to check if this is actually found o Costa Rica, Wiki reported it as a US species, but these range infos are often not very reliable.
