A small orange, black, white, and brown moth/butterfly, about an inch long. When its wings are closed, it is completely black and brown and resembles bark or dried leaves. When it opens it's wings, it flashes a rusty orange pattern.
Suburban Northeastern US. Grassy neighborhood with lots of flowers.
