House Sparrow

Passer domesticus

Description:

The male is the one leaping into the air in the second photo. The lighter colored one is either a fledgling or female. There were several of this little guys eating the clover flowers.

Habitat:

often seen outside of super markets, they like to make nests in our Walmart signs, and are often seen in the parking lots looking for crumbs. Our undercover parking garage here at work, is loaded with them as they tend to nest in the rafters and surrounding trees.
