This spotting was seen in the Anstine-Audubon Nature Preserve http://www.sandiegoaudubon.org/anstine-n... which is in the Coastal Sage/Scrub and Chaparral biomes.
These were very tasty, but were really being grown for birds to eat.

They were good! I'm considering planting one :) Of course most will be for the birds.
