Nocturnal creatures have little use for beauty.
That's interesting HK. I wonder what they were doing in there. Not their usual hiding place. Probably showing off how to be beautiful. :)
Indeed, some of them are quite beautiful. I also saw a couple of them inside rotten logs while diggin brown stag beetles!
