Description:

Euschistus servus euschistoides subspecies of Brown Stink Bug. is an insect in the family Pentatomidae, and it is native to China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. It was accidentally introduced into the United States, with the first specimen being collected in September 1998.

I believe this is Euschistus servus euschistoides which is a subspecies of the Brown Stink Bug. It doesn't have the striped border. Reference http://bugguide.net/node/view/237806 before making up your mind.
