Herons are on 108th just west of Wadsworth. (Check my spotting for exact location.) I drove by quickly the other day, I saw herons in the tree but couldn't tell if they were the babies or not!

In regards to the red-tails, is it weird that she's not on eggs by now? I always see the two of them sitting close together in the tree...hmm, I'll keep an eye out! I really wanted hawk babies!

...and yes, we should have a photo day soon! Wildlife has been hard to find lately!

Makes me wonder if they're going to have a clutch...seems kind of late for that now, but who knows? Let me know if you see anything! I wanted to go to the heron nest too, but couldn't remember where that was...we'll have to have an outing again soon!

Hey I know these guys too! Tell those nasty kestrels to stay away! ;) I haven't seen the female on the nest yet. They built it over a month ago!
