Haha,
yes indeed i speak dutch, when we were in Namibia we understood everything or almost, the names are sometimes very funny for us, i remember for instance the kameelperd ;-) baie goed !!

I suspect that you can understand a bit Dutch. In Afrikaans, the common name for this bird in Namaqualand where things are named and described fairly literally, is "Bottergat". Translated to English will mean something like "Butterarse".
