wow, thanks for the details, I thought it was some type of caterpillar but didnt know how cool they really were.

This house of sticks contains a moth. It feeds, grows, pupates and mates inside this container. Females never emerge. Males however will emerge and fly over to introduce themselves to her. Fly is a good term because many of them look more like flies than moths. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/830...
