Yes I agree and am glad you found your answer. There are different Orb Weavers in Europe and I love to see how they are different, but also similar to ours across the ocean. Thanks for letting me know the answer.

I have see this species on wikipedia and then i found the Nuctenea umbratica, she looks exatly like this spider.

You might check Furrowed Orb Weaver, Species Larinioides. I do not know spiders of Germany, but I have very similar spiders here in Texas, USA.
