Armadillos

nine-banded armadillo, Dasypus novemcinctus

Notes:

We have 4 young armadillos living in our yard. They are great to watch and do a good job at tilling the soil and eating grubs. They love mud baths.

We are starting to see Armadillos all the way up in Tennessee around the Northern border with Kentucky.
They are interesting little creatures.
