Slime mold. Probably A. obvelata, but microscopy is needed to be sure. The sporocarps of this slime mould are stalked, clustered and cylindrical in shape appearing rather finger like. When the spores have been dispersed it has a rather spongy appearance. They are yellowish buff or orangey buff in colour. Also known as A. nutans

On a rotten pine trunk
