Unfortunately it does not appear to match any of the Pempelia species on the Spanish list which has 4,454 moths at present, with possibly as many again waiting to be discovered! There are about 250 Pyralidae species recorded in Spain, I don't have the time to look this year or early next year.

We have these 4 here, will check when I have more time.
Pempelia albariella Zeller, 1839
Pempelia brephiella (Staudinger, 1879)
Pempelia genistella (Duponchel, 1836)
Pempelia palumbella (Denis & Schiffermuller, 1775)
