Description:

Another unidentified plant from Fouta Jallon - hard stems seems to be formed of leaf scars (like palms); bearing a turf of narrow and pointed leaves on top. Many stems from the center of the plant are long, 30 to 40 cm, but keep crawling; while those from the outside are still short 5 to 10 cm.

Habitat:

Slopes of the hills, grasslands of Fouta Jallon.
